Transparent Conditions for Professional Services.

Aurenix Solutions OG

§1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) apply to all contracts between Aurenix Solutions OG (“Provider”) and the Customer (“Customer”) regarding IT services.

Deviating or additional terms of the Customer are only valid if agreed in writing by the Provider.

§2 Subject of the Contract

The Provider delivers the following services:

  • Cybersecurity (Pentesting, Identity Management, SIEM, Vulnerability Management)

  • IT Consulting (System Architecture, Infrastructure Planning, Infrastructure Services)

  • Managed Services (Cloud Services, Email Services, Password Management)

The exact scope of services is defined in a written offer or contract.

§3 Conclusion of Contract

Offers are non-binding.

A contract is concluded through written or electronic order confirmation.

§4 Fees / Payment Terms

Prices are according to the offer and exclusive of VAT.

Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing.

In case of default, the Provider may charge interest on arrears.

§5 Customer Obligations

The Customer provides all necessary information, access, and resources for service delivery.

The Customer ensures lawful use of services and is responsible for their own content.

§6 Liability / Cybersecurity Disclaimer

The Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

No liability for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or system downtime.

No guarantee is given for protection against cyberattacks or malware.

Customers are responsible for their own security measures.

§7 Service Level

Managed Services do not have a SLA agreed on.

Support requests are processed within a work week on business days, unless otherwise agreed.

§8 Contract Duration / Termination

Managed Service contracts have a minimum duration of 1 month.

Termination must be in writing with a 1-month notice period.

§9 Confidentiality / Data Protection

Both parties shall treat all information confidentially.

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Contact forms collect name, email, and message; data is used solely to respond.

§10 Final Provisions

Amendments require written form.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
